I went out for lunch and went and used the Nationwide cash terminal next to Alldays. I then went to the Texaco gasoline pump and filled up with ten pounds worth of Texas tea which I paid for in cash. After this it all went wrong.
I drove round the corner to Three Cooks where I discovered there would be a 20 minute wait for sausage rolls, this I could not accept and I left the store immediately. The next port of call was the Co-Op, where I found a rather frugal and lackluster cold sausage roll section. Their sandwich selection was also diabolical; they had no plain ham or plain cheese and a combination of cheese and ham in a plain presentation. I left Co-Op and crossed the road to Londis. This place was worse than the Co-Op, I left disgusted at their failure to provide plain cheese sandwiches to the community.
I was thus forced to see Tommy at the Earlswood fish & chip shop. Tommy provided me which chips and a sausage for £2.25, which I took home and scoffed with ketchup whilst watching the Olympics. At 2.25pm I left my abode and came back to work. All the while my car was making the most horrendous racket as there is a hole in the exhaust. Bloody great isn't it?

Plain cheese baguettes are available from the Londis store in Holmesdale Road (near Reigate station).
Plain cheese baps have been spotted (and indeed consumed) from Davies in Earlswood. However, availability is varied and the fridge makes the bap too cold.
Just for future reference.
