If I find myself alone when approaching a pod door, I sometimes behave curiously. I march to the pod door and press the button to open it. I then enter the pod and stand as close as possible to the glass in the front panel of the pod as possible. The glass is literally millimeters from the tip of my nose. I wait and stare straight on, unflinchingly, as the panel sides open. When fully opened I lean forward until I am forced to stretch out a leg and prevent myself from falling over. I then stride onwards to my car. This process is something that is quite odd indeed, and I know it to be so. However, this does not stop me in the least; I actually find that the whole process humors me.
