Yesterday lunchtime I did exactly what it said on the tin and visited the household waste dump. I deposited the disabled chair in the general rubbish skip and also disposed of a box of empty Brahma bottles and two bags of old clothes. I did the right thing and relinquished said items into the correct recyclable areas. I like to do my thing for the environment; it makes me feel like such a good bloke.

Now for the science. Before visiting the tip I popped home and had a nice large plate of pasta twists covered in medium strength Cheddar. I enjoyed this very much and it is my intention to replicate this activity during today’s luncheon appointment. I hope you now realize that Pasta with cheese grated all over it is my favorite meal of all time.

After work yesterday I drove my car down the road to Morrisons where I purchased some foodstuffs for the week. The most impressive purchase of the visit was a buy one get one free on Herta Frankfurters. In fact I may have a couple with my cheese and pasta this very lunchtime. Just throw 'em in without a care in the world, everybody loves 'em.

Changing tact somewhat I'd like to say something. I watched 'There Will Be Blood' last night and enjoyed it, I think it deserved to get the accolades it has received. I also watched Lost Series 3 episode 3, I thought it was well sweet as a nut. I went to bed at 8pm and just lay there watching these things, I was asleep by 11.30pm. I've found that 11.30pm is my equilibrium for visiting the land of nod, it's just a natural phenomenon I undergo.

This morning I was rudely awoken at 6.30am by Tash. This unpleasant awakening was kick started by Tash going "Stevie, Stevie, Stevie", when I saw the time I asked her what the bloody hell she thought she was doing and promptly went back to sleep. My sleep was then interrupted at 7.30am, once again Tash the culprit. Going on about whether I wanted a hot chocolate. "I'd rather be left alone to go to sleep actually", I said. But I accepted the offer, just so that she'd leave me be whilst she went to make it. When she returned with the drink I'd fallen asleep again, and was thus awoken for a third time. I merely took the drink, placed it on the bedside cabinet and once again fell back to sleep.
