This is 'Alan Comfort'. I found his picture in a Match Annual from 1990. I have since disposed this annual as it was a little bit weird.
This is 'The Mitt'. It is super absorbent. The other week when I had a BBQ I used the mitt to wipe down the garden furniture. It had rained, you see, and I wanted to sit down outside without making my shorts wet. The super absorbent dreadlocks on the mitt made light work of this task and the furniture was dry in no time at all really.

Pro I did not know this. I think he has the right face and hair to become a vicar. Is this wrong?
Absolutely not.
He was a great player, though. Used to scare the bejesus out Div 4 defences week in, week out.
Aaaah, those were the days.

Pro I've no idea. I just found his picture quite funny. I think it was probably his hair that scared the opposition more than his twinkle toes.

Can you get other items of clothing made out of this green dreadlock material? I imagine if people had just worn suits out of this stuff then all that nonsense in Sheffield would never had happened.

Pro I'm not sure, I would like to think so. As you quite rightly point out, if the Sheffieldians had considered this and made themselves dreadlock soaker uperer clothing they could have averted the flooding quite simply by soaking up excess and running a mile.
This is one to watch out for I believe this with all my will.

Now the new vicar at St Marys Great Baddow
i was honoured to go to school with Alan Comfort from the age of 5 thru to 16. I heard that he played for QPR and later heard he became a priest. Alan was gifted in every way. very intelligent, brave. At age 5 he was leading the lads shouting 'who wants to play war'. Now he is a soldier for Christ. As i am. At age 10 he demonstrated kick ups in the gym. After a few hundred we got bored. And the fight with the big bad **** *******! i think Alan hit him in the eye. It became completely bloodshot. Ah memories. i am proud of him. And his hair...strange in infants school i remember it shone! That's all guys. God bless you.
