Came out of the front door this morning only to be greeted by a sheen of ice covering my automotive’s windows. At first I kidded myself into thinking it was just condensed water. So, I got in the car, started the charmer up and gave the windscreen wipers a try. When I realised that I had indeed been greeted by a sheen of ice I immediately exited the vehicle and retrieved the de-icer from under the driver’s seat. More's the pity I'd only half way de-iced the windscreen when the puppy ran out. Unfazed by the set back I retrieved my back-up from, yes you guessed it, under the driver’s seat. Preplanning when it comes to stocks of de-icer is essential during times of chilliness.
I love de-icer so much I would like to turn my garage into a freezer so that I can carry on de-icing even in the summer months.

Warning about thinking about storing cylinders under the driving seat!
Please note that you risk the cylinder rolling under the brake pedal whilst you are in full motion. I suggest you fit a retaining board to ensure that the cylinder cannot roll from under the seat into such a dangerous brake pedal predicament.
Always Fix a strap on retainer (chipboard or mdf is adequate).
